- No Registration: No user account creation is required.
- Offline Functionality: The app operates locally on your mobile device and does not transfer any data entered or generated by you to the club’s own servers.
3. Device Permissions (Camera)
In order to use the full functionality of the app, the following permission is required:
- Camera Access (Optional): The app requires access to your device’s camera solely for the purpose of scanning QR codes within the app.
- Processing: The image data is analyzed in real-time locally on your device. No photos or videos are permanently stored on your device or transmitted to any servers at any time. You can revoke this permission at any time in your operating system settings.
4. Use of Google ML Kit (Barcode Scanning)
For the barcode and QR code scanning functionality, this app uses the “Google ML Kit” software development kit (provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA).
- Local Processing: Image analysis during code scanning takes place entirely locally (“on-device”) on your mobile device. No image content or scanned text is transmitted to Google.
- Telemetry and Diagnostic Data: The Google ML Kit SDK occasionally contacts Google servers to transmit performance metrics, app specifications, device characteristics (e.g., model and operating system version), and error reports. This is used to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the scanning service. This data is not associated with your person.

Our app contains links that redirect to the official website of our association. When you click on such a link, you leave the app and open the website in your system browser. From this point on, the privacy policy of our website applies.
